Commission share

Commission share is the percent of net margin on a hashrate purchase by someone who used your link. The card is on Referrals, under the totals. The line at the bottom is the share you have now. It is the base plus the loyalty, miners, and growth bonuses, and it stops at 75% even when those parts would add up to more.

The four parts

Base commission is 25% of net margin on a hashrate purchase by a referral. Loyalty bonus adds a percent from your loyalty tier. The card links to Loyalty tiers, and it shows that percent next to the tier name.

Miners bonus counts referred accounts whose loyalty tier is Base or higher. A referral counts at the Base loyalty hashrate, 10 TH. The card shows that count beside the percent it adds, up to 20% at 100 referred accounts.

Growth bonus follows the hashrate those referrals bought in the last 30 days. The card shows that 30-day amount in your display currency, and a missing latest rate stays labeled USD. The percent stops at 20% once that 30-day amount on the card is reached.

Each commission

The list under the card shows Date, Commission, and Status. When there are entries, Commission history opens the same list under Transactions, then Commissions. Commission is stored in USD and shown in your display currency. A missing rate for that commission stays labeled USD. An empty list says "No commission share entries yet."

Pending usually takes up to 30 days before it is approved. Approved commission is included in the BTC payout together with mining rewards, when there is a payout. A denied amount is not included in Total Earned. Write to support if that status is unclear.
