Login and password-reset email

Login and password-reset email

If a verification code, login, or password-reset email does not show up, it is almost always delivery (spam/junk) or the wrong email address — not a missing account. Work through the checks below before requesting another message.

What to do if a password-reset email never arrives

  • 1. Confirm the registered email

Messages only go to the address on the account. Type it exactly as you registered it. A “link sent” screen only means the request was accepted — it does not confirm that the address exists.

  • 2. Check spam, junk, and promotions

Search for Infinity Hash and password. Open Spam, Junk, Promotions, and any quarantine folder. On mobile, check the full mailbox in a browser. If you find it in spam, mark it as Not spam.

  • 3. Retry once from the official form

Use Forgot password on this website. Do not use a forwarded or third-party reset page. Requesting many times in a short window can temporarily block further attempts.

  • 4. Recheck folders after a few minutes

Delivery is usually quick but not always instant. Confirm you are looking in the inbox that matches the registered address.

  • 5. Contact support with that email

If nothing arrives, write to support@infinity-hash.com from the address you believe is on the account, or use live chat after you can log in. Include the exact email you entered on the reset form. Support cannot set a new password on your behalf.

Frequently asked questions

Registration sends a 4-digit code, not a magic link. Search for Infinity Hash, check spam/junk, then tap Resend code on the confirm-email screen. If it still never arrives, contact support with the email you used to sign up.

Support can help confirm that the request was made for the right address and that mail is not blocked. They cannot set a new password on your behalf. The reset has to go through the email link.

The confirmation screen is shown whether or not that address has an account, so it cannot be used to check that you typed the right email. Double-check spelling and try the inbox you actually registered with.

Wait and try again later from the same official forgot-password page. Repeated requests can be rate-limited for security. Do not keep submitting in a loop.
