Telegram reward updates

Telegram reward updates are the daily and weekly messages from the rewards Telegram bot. Once a chat is connected, you can receive them when Daily rewards or Weekly summary is on. They are sent at 08:00 UTC, and only to the oldest chats your loyalty tier still allows. A newer chat past that number stays connected, and it is not messaged.

Connect a chat

Open Settings & Security, then Telegram. The page is Reward updates in Telegram. It shows how many chats are connected, against the number your tier allows. Connect Telegram is there while you have room for another chat. Get Telegram opens the Telegram apps page when no chat is connected yet. Each connected chat has its own Disconnect, and removing one chat leaves the others in place.

Enable Telegram notifications can be turned on once a chat is connected. Turning it on turns Daily rewards and Weekly summary on, and you can change either one after that. Both are sent at 08:00 UTC. The weekly summary is the Monday message.

When the page has no switches

When Telegram updates are not available yet, the page says Telegram updates are not available yet, in place of Connect Telegram and the message choices.

Which chats are messaged

Before Base, you can still connect 1 chat. You can connect 1 chat on Base, 1 chat on Silver, 2 chats on Gold, 3 chats on Platinum, and 5 chats on VIP. The same counts are on Loyalty tiers, under Notifications. The messages go to the oldest chats that number still allows. A newer chat past the tier stays connected and is not messaged. A message does not remove that chat. Disconnect is what takes a chat off the account.

What the messages cover

The daily message covers yesterday's bitcoin mined, electricity taken out, and net reward. It does not include referred purchases. The weekly message covers the previous seven days the same way. It can also say how many referred accounts bought hashrate, and the commission when there is one. A referred purchase is a settled direct Bitcoin mining purchase by an account that used your referral link. Automatic scaling purchases are not included. The message does not name the buyer, and the commission on Telegram is in USD.

The Weekly summary email covers that same week. The subject is Weekly summary, then the first day and the last day of the week. On the email, the net reward and the commission use your display currency when a rate exists, and a missing rate stays in USD. Electricity credit that was used can appear on the email in the display currency and on Telegram in USD. The email checkbox is Weekly summary under Settings & Security, then Emails.

A chat that is already on another account

If the connect window says this Telegram chat is already connected to another Infinity Hash account, disconnect it on that account first. If the connect link did not work, the window says so and offers Try again.
