Account deactivation

Account deactivation

You deactivate the account yourself. Support cannot start it for you. The option is available on the Profile page in the dashboard.

Deactivate your Infinity Hash account

  • 1. Log in

    Open the dashboard.

  • 2. Open Settings & Security → Profile

    Direct link: Settings & Security → Profile.

  • 3. Confirm and enter your password

    Use Deactivate account at the bottom of the page.

What happens

  • Immediately: Automatic scaling is set to 100%, and you are logged out of all sessions.
  • You have 30 days to reverse it: log in with your existing password. That login is the undo. Password-reset emails are not sent while the account is deactivated. After you log in, Automatic scaling stays at 100% until you change it.
  • After 30 days without login: remaining BTC mining rewards, USD affiliate balances, and hashrate are cleared to zero and cannot be recovered.

If you forgot the password, contact support@infinity-hash.com before the 30 days run out.

New net rewards buy hashrate during the 30-day window, instead of sitting as pending payout that might never be claimed. We do not hold Bitcoin in custody.
