Loyalty tiers

Loyalty tiers follow the Bitcoin hashrate that is online on your account. Open Loyalty Tiers from the avatar menu, or from the loyalty link on the Commission share card on Referrals. The page shows where each tier starts, and what it changes for payouts, commission share, and Telegram. Automatic scaling does not move your tier. A green check marks a tier your online hashrate has already reached, and there is no button or countdown that unlocks the next one.

Hashrate that counts

Base is 10 TH, Silver is 100 TH, Gold is 500 TH, Platinum is 1000 TH, and VIP is 5000 TH. The check uses online Bitcoin mining hashrate, so an offline miner or hashrate on another coin leaves your tier where it is. The line on the page says: Your loyalty tier is based on your active Bitcoin mining hashrate.

Transactions

Payout fee reduction is the percent of the Bitcoin network fee on an automatic payout that Infinity Hash covers. Base covers 10%, Silver covers 20%, Gold covers 35%, Platinum covers 50%, and VIP covers 100%.

Free priority payouts in a month are 0 on Base, 0 on Silver, 1 on Gold, 2 on Platinum, and 4 on VIP. A free priority payout is covered by Infinity Hash, including the Bitcoin network transaction fee. See Priority payouts to start one.

Referrals

Referral bonus adds a percent of commission share for the tier you are on. Base adds +2%, Silver adds +4%, Gold adds +6%, Platinum adds +8%, and VIP adds +10%. The commission share card uses that percent, and it links to Loyalty Tiers so you can see which tier it came from.

Notifications

You can connect 1 chat on Base, 1 chat on Silver, 2 chats on Gold, 3 chats on Platinum, and 5 chats on VIP for reward updates. Before Base, you can still connect 1 Telegram chat. Telegram reward updates explains which of those chats are messaged.
